Delivery policy

Posyora delivers fresh flowers across India.

When we deliver

We do not offer same-day delivery yet. Choose a date from tomorrow onwards at checkout. Flowers are packed fresh for that dispatch. Nearby cities usually arrive on the date you pick. Distant pin codes may take an extra 1–2 days in transit. We confirm the window on WhatsApp if the courier needs more time.

Delivery fee

A delivery charge of applies. It is waived on orders of and above.

Time slots

Morning 8–12, afternoon 12–5, and evening 5–9 are preferred windows where a local drop is possible. Courier deliveries follow the partner’s working hours.

What we need

A complete address, landmark, pin code, and a reachable phone number. Wrong or incomplete addresses can delay the bouquet; extra trips may be charged.

Pin codes we cannot reach

A few remote pin codes are not serviceable. If we cannot deliver to yours, we will message you on WhatsApp and refund the order if you want to cancel.
