This policy explains what Posyora collects when you order flowers online.
What we collect
Name, phone / WhatsApp number, delivery address, gift message, and order details. These are needed to deliver and to contact you about the order.
How we use it
To pack and deliver your bouquet, send order updates on WhatsApp, and keep a record of the sale. We do not sell your details to marketers.
Where it is stored
We use your order details to pack and deliver the bouquet. A copy can be sent to us on WhatsApp. Payment is handled by Razorpay; their privacy policy applies to the payment step.
Ads and cookies
If you reach us from a Facebook, Instagram or Google ad, we may use Meta Pixel and Google tags to know that the visit or purchase came from that ad. Those tools can set cookies. We use this only to measure and improve ads, not to sell your details. You can block cookies in your browser.
Your choices
Write to us to correct an address or to ask us to delete an old order record after delivery is complete, unless we must keep it for tax.
