Do you deliver today?
Not yet. Choose a date from tomorrow onwards at checkout. We deliver across India on that day. Distant cities may need an extra day in transit.
How do I pay?
Pay on the website at checkout with Razorpay — UPI, card or netbanking.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes. Add it at checkout. We write it by hand and tuck it into the wrap.
What if the recipient is not home?
We call the number on the order. If no one is available, we can leave it with a neighbour or retry the same evening — tell us in the note.
Do you do weddings and puja bulk?
Yes. WhatsApp the date, venue and stem count. We confirm price before we start tying.
Can I cancel?
Cancel on WhatsApp before the bunch leaves the studio. After dispatch, flowers cannot be taken back. See the replacement policy.
