Terms of sale

By placing an order on Posyora you agree to these terms.

The product

Bouquets are made with fresh seasonal stems. A listed flower may be swapped for a similar stem of equal or higher value if the market does not have it that morning. The overall look and colour story stay the same.

Price and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include packing. Delivery is extra unless the order crosses the free-delivery amount. You pay on this website through Razorpay (UPI, card or netbanking). The order is accepted when payment is successful.

Delivery

We deliver across India as set out in our delivery policy. Time slots are estimates, not a guarantee, especially on festivals and Valentine’s week. Courier deliveries follow the partner’s working hours.

Cancellations

Follow the cancellation and replacement policy. Perishable flowers cannot be returned after they are accepted at the door in good condition.

Use of the site

Do not place fake orders. We may refuse an order that looks incomplete or abusive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore have jurisdiction.
